Kids Vs Wild With The Bear Grylls Survival Academy At NRMA Parks

Learn hands-on skills with the Bear Grylls Survival Academy at NRMA Park and Resort

NRMA Parks and Resorts have partnered with the Bear Grylls Survival Academy in Australia for an exclusive three-year partnership in which kids can learn hands-on survival skills. Ditch the devices and learn how to light a campfire, build a bush shelter, tie knots and search for bushfoods!

The world’s best known outdoor adventurer, Bear Grylls, designed the program and activities, which both appeal to kids’ adventurous spirit and align with most parents’ wishes to ditch the devices for a little while.

The program, called Shipwrecked, has been specially designed for kids aged 4 to 17 years. Of course, parents are allowed to join in the fun as well! Should you accept a mission, there are four-hour-long challenges that can be completed during your stay at select NRMA Parks and Resorts.
