World’s Tallest Hotel Set to Open in Dubai This November

Dubai is reaching for new heights once again. This November, the city will welcome Ciel Dubai Marina. It will officially become the world’s tallest hotel and home to the highest infinity pool on the planet.

Opening 15 November 2025, the 82-storey architectural marvel will soar 377 metres above Dubai Marina. Designed by award-winning architect Norr, Ciel Dubai Marina features a sleek, needle-like silhouette that will redefine Dubai’s skyline.

A luxury stay with sky-high views

With 1,004 rooms and suites, guests can expect panoramic floor-to-ceiling views of the Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Gulf, and the glittering Dubai skyline. The interiors blend modern luxury with understated elegance. They offer a new level of sophistication in Dubai’s already impressive hotel scene.

Managed by The First Group Hospitality and part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, Ciel will cater to both leisure and business travellers. It’s ideally located just minutes from Palm Jumeirah and Uptown Dubai. As well as the experience of sleeping in the world’s tallest hotel, guests can also enjoy direct access to Dubai Marina’s world-class dining, shopping, and beaches.

Dining and experiences above the clouds

Guests can look forward to eight distinct dining venues, from global buffets to signature restaurants and casual cafés. The highlight will undoubtedly be the world’s highest infinity pool. This is paired with a sky lounge that promises unforgettable sunsets over the city from the world’s tallest hotel.

For wellness seekers, the hotel’s luxury spa on the 61st floor and a state-of-the-art gym with panoramic views offer the ultimate way to unwind. Guests will also enjoy exclusive access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah.

Families are not forgotten either. Ciel Dubai Marina will provide tailored experiences for children, while business travellers can take advantage of the executive lounge and flexible meeting spaces.

A landmark for Dubai’s hospitality scene

Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, said the opening of the world’s tallest hotel marks a major milestone:

“Ciel represents a landmark development that reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for tourism and business travel. Standing at 377 metres, the all-hotel tower will redefine upper-upscale hospitality, blending innovation, luxury, and creativity.”
